_Who is your future Team ?_
You will work closely with the
CTO, Luis, located in Madrid, and with the Platform team at Sparkers. That position is proposed as a permanent position in Madrid.

As a
Platform engineer you will be responsible for the creation of the infrastructure, developing the Sparker's solution and be part of the evolution in each IT project.

Your future responsibilities:

• Participating in meetings with team leads and executives to discuss technical issues and propose solutions
• Helping to review code written by other engineers to ensure it meets standards for quality, security, performance and testing
• Collaborating with other members of the engineering team to design new features or improve existing ones
• Becoming a AWS reference for the company

Requirements:


How do we imagine our future Platform Engineer in the team ?

• Must have to be part :_
• Bachelor's or master's degree graduated in computer science
• Having had a first experience (23 years) in a System Admin/ Developer role some cloud relevant hardware knowledge, familiar with Terraform / Terragrunt and some AWS API experience
• You feel as an autonomous person and knows how to make yourself available to the members of your team
• Able to take initiative & be proactive in the team with empathy
• Very good written and oral communication in English
• Technologies: Git, Docker, Linux, TDD, Gitops, Terraform, AWS, IAC
• Nice to have:_
• Having knowledge of JVM

Application Frameworks:
Micronaut, Grails, Spring Boot

• Having knowledge of basic Python, Javascript / Typescript and you are willing to learn
• Having basic knowledge of Windows Server
• Having basic knowledge of Apache Pulsar
• Having basic knowledge of Opensearch
• Having knowledge of Database back ends and Amazon RDS
