¿Dónde trabajarás?:

Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the center of Barcelona. They provide a complete insurance offering and travel assistance. You will become a global emergency response specialist, helping people from all over the world.




¿Qué harás?:


  • As Customer Agent your main responsibilities will be:
  • You will receive inbound calls from clients and actively help with problem solving.
  • You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring the clients have all the assistance and information they need.



¿A quién buscamos?:


  • You have a high level of German and English
  • You have experience in customer service (plus)
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have a high sense of empathy and calm personality
  • You have availability to start working June 12
