Job Description:

You will be responsible for accelerating the traction and value capture of projects executed within the Digital Builders Organization (DBO). To do so, you will lead a team that will function as internal consultants who will be responsible for cross-DBO tasks. Each day will be different and inspiring, and you will have to face tasks ranging from RFPs, SOWs or Committees' presentation to managing the collaboration with external consultants.

More Specifically, You Will:

Collaborate with the Product Owner of each MVP to identify gaps and/or stoppers during its execution.
Predict and coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
Propose and lead solutions to speed up MVPs execution (on demand):
Support in useful business information gathering for the creation of new MVPs/PoCs.
Support in user stories definition
Support in MVPs Business Cases estimation
Support in MVPs Testings
Support in user manuals definition for new DBO solutions
Lead RFPs and SOWs to external consultants, aligned with delivery teams and Business Units, to foster IT solutions from the DBO pipeline.
Lead the tracking and support to external consultants: Manage contracts by assigning tasks, communicating expected deliverables and sharing outcomes with SGS stakeholders.
Build a strong external consulting firms network to execute MVPs.
Understand and identify skills and talent needed to accomplish DBO ambition and lead new job descriptions to be hired.
Collaborate with the DBO Director in planning DBO Committees and adhoc meetings and prepare necessary materials (presentations, etc.).

Qualifications:

At least 10+ years of experience managing digital initiatives.
Educated to degree level in Economics, Engineering or equivalent experience in a professional setting.
Relevant experience working with external consultant firms and/or proven history of negotiating partnership pricing and contracts and leading RFPs and SOWs definition.
Relevant experience working in E2E innovation execution (from definition to rollout).
Relevant experience and excellent skills in E2E initiatives management methodologies and tools to plan, organize, motivate and control resources to achieve specific project goals and objectives within defined constraints.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and issues at once.
Highlevel analytical skills to support detailed Business Cases.
Strong decisionmaking skills: Ability to objectively solicit and consider input from other areas, people and processes when deciding; Comfortable dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity, making decisions, and taking risks where and when necessary.
Expert communication skills and great ability to influence leadership.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate and build strong relationships with coworkers and internal clients to support development and implementation of business solutions.
Background of working in a lean / agile environment leading remote and multifunctional teams: Adaptation of appropriate approaches to each situation. Acceptance and adaptation to new situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus (French, Chinese and Spanish in particular).
