Position:

The HR Data Analitics Assistant will be based in Mediterranean HQ in Madrid, and collaborate with the HR Compensation & Benefits team being a leader for the HRIS project for a Data tool provide to the 6 country retail network for the Mediterranean zone : Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel & Turkey.

We are looking for someone wanting to develop their professional career into Human Resources, Administrative or Compensation & Benefits field in a retail luxury fast-pace environment and overseeing very diverse teams and countries.

Main Responsibilities:

Leadership for the creation, follow up & implementation of HRIS platform
Gathering data and transferring into templates to ensure the precise information collected
Contact & Report to Headquarter all the issues, incidences and solutions
Constant follow up with the Stores of the Region giving them the support needed
Data entry of personnel details into HR system, monitor and update movement of data
Assist the Compensation & benefits team with: migration of payroll system, eleave, LV Intranet
Assist in other administrative tasks assigned by HOD when necessary

Profile:

At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in HR /Admin role preferably in a fast paced environment
Auditors or Finance Accountat are highly appreciated
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Agile, innovative and willing to learn in a fast changing pace within a lean team to support the retail team/business
Trustworthy, high sense of responsibilities
Very Organized and Proactive to share new ideas of improvements
Fluent in English & Spanish.
Strong interpersonal skills and facility to connect with different diverse teams of the 6 countries.
Graduated from University and holding a Bachelor's/Msc degree
Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
