Adventure Labs is the unit within PortAventura World (PAW) that focuses on innovative technologies to identify, launch and scale new digital products and services leveraging Port Aventura's assets.

We work closely with PAW to understand their customer needs on an ongoing basis which allows us to ideate and build experiments to solve them.

These experiments then are evaluated using pre-agreed metrics and selected to be rolled-out accordingly.
Our goal is to become the best product tech builder in the entertainment industry.
Role Description

As a lead engineer, you will guide and assist all engineers across squads in their day-to-day tasks of building our tech experiments and products.

You will lead by example by also coding within one of the squads. You will be reporting directly to our Chief Digital Officer.

Requisitos:

It will be a must:
5+ years of experience as a JavaScript and NodeJs full stack engineer, ideally in a tech company or start-up
3+ years of ReactJs or similar
5+ years working using agile (scrum or kanban)
Experience building end-to-end deployment environments (CI, CD)
Experience in DevOps, preferably using AWS or GCP
Good written and oral communication skills
