Summary of the role
We are expanding our DACH sales team and searching for a highly motivated salespersons with a technical sales background. You will mainly work with mid-sized OEM companies in south Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Your job will be to increase wallet share with existing accounts and to open new accounts.

Sales are project driven and you will be in charge of your own territory, reporting directly to the Sales Director.


In this role you will:


  • Generate growth in assigned territory.
  • Analyze regional market trends and identify target customers, products and industry segments for future growth.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services based on mail, phone or webinars.
  • Prepare offers and follow up through the sales cycle.
  • Track and report sales effort in CRM system.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.

You will need:


  • Studies: BS/BA degree or equivalent with technical / engineering background
  • Experience: Work experience as a technical Sales Representative or project manager (> 3 years).
  • Languages: Native German speaker with Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
  • Familiarity with ERP (Navision) and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Traveling for presential meetings with customers may be up to 40 % of your time.
