This role requires a dynamic, tech-savvy individual who can seamlessly bridge the gap between our clients' needs and technology solutions.

  • Understand our clients' unique challenges and business goals to recommend appropriate technology solutions that enhance their customer service operations
  • Lead the technical implementation of customer service tools across diverse platforms and interfaces, working directly with our clients' teams
  • Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and training to both weWow teams and clients to ensure the effective adoption and use of implemented tools
  • Analyze and measure the impact of implemented solutions on customer service metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in the customer service space, incorporating these into our solutions where beneficial

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience implementing technology solutions in a business setting
  • Exceptional understanding of customer service technologies and platforms
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into easytounderstand language for clients and teams
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with a proactive approach to finding and implementing effective solutions
