The jobholder is responsible of managing A400M FAL Station 40 located in San Pablo Sur Plant a s a member of the management team.

She/he manages, leads, develops and engage a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.

We are recruiting a process leader for st40 build process. This position is key in the achievement of st40 tactical plan.

The main functions are:

To coordinate the execution of the established Build Process as well as the completion of the work to be carried out on the plane until its delivery to the client.
To pass on properly the necessary information to correctly carry out shift changes and guarantee the continuity of the work launched in the previous shift, actively collaborating with the MFT of the area.
To supervise and follow up of the work released to the workshop, unlocking and helping as far as possible on the execution of the work in an efficient manner.
To ensure compliance with regards to the company Health and Safety standards, assuring quality of the work, times and cost set by the head of the area.
To collaborate with the rest of process leaders and foremen along station management.
To collaborate actively with all the support functions, engineering, production control and quality, contributing to the objectives of continuous improvement and the OES. To lead the PPS resolution at workshop level, develop _knowledge rooms _, participate in performance tracker reviews and act as a representative of the workshop in TIP meetings of the area.
To review and participate in the Process Confirmation of the area.
To ensure and watch over the working area _housekeeping _and to comply with FOD / DIM standards.
The management of presence and hours incurring processes.
To participate in _communication sessions _and to transmit the information to the workshop.
Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree.
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode
Able in managing people and conflicts.
Advanced level in English and Spanish
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to propose new ideas.
