Reporting to the VP EMEA Sales the Sales Representative will work closely with BORN and TechM teams to sell BORN services to our customers, both new and existing.

• Grow market awareness of our services
• Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients
• Build, maintain and deliver upon strategic territory sales plans
• Manage and interpret customer requirements, speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
• Coordinate internal teams to produce winning proposals
• Delivering technical presentations as required
• Preparing and bid management of RFPs
• Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies
• Support a variety of sales status reports as required, including activity, closings, followup, and adherence to goals
• Managing legal documents with customers

• Minimum 7 years in a similar sales role
• Strong track record of target achievement
• Agency background preferred
• Customer Experience (CX) technologies background a must (digital channels, eCommerce, CMS, personalisation, digital marketing, mobile apps, Creative etc)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and ability to execute professional sales techniques
• Strong presentation skills and professional appearance
• A team worker
