Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

Key job responsibilities
Deliver training and coaching to Amazon's standard
Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates
Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience
Work with teams to identify areas where further training and development is needed
Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites
Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams

A day in the life
The role of Trainer is about sharing and upholding our process standards.

You'll deliver high-quality training that outlines safety, culture, and site-specific procedures to Amazon employees as well as external partners, along with a warm welcome for new hires.

As a Trainer, you'll make sure everyone sticks to the highest operating standards. You'll know how to constructively deliver feedback that helps learners grow and develop.

The CF team are the first people in the chain that helps customers get products at the speed we're known for.

We're based in Fulfilment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network. Our centres are sometimes referred to as the 'First Mile' because it's where most Amazon packages start their journey. We help to manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock.
Lots of different people work in our Fulfilment Centres, so there are plenty of opportunities for every skillset.

Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.
