A unique opportunity for an experienced CFO to join the key management team of a fast-growing fintech company in Spain that is soon to be listed on a European stock exchange in Q1 2023.


The CFO will also be responsible for financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, company audits, compliance, capital raising and bank relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations
  • Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and company audits
  • Ensure ongoing legal compliance on all financial functions
  • Preparation and presentation of capital raising documents
  • Manage ongoing processes for debt and equity capital raising
  • Manage relationships with investment firms and banks

Qualifications

  • Strong financebased analytical skills
  • 10+ years' of finance experience including CFO experience preferred
  • Capital raising experience including managing relationships with investment firms and banks
  • Bilingual Spanish and English required
  • CPA or CA preferred

Salary: 60,000.00€ - 90,000.00€ per year
