- Work with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand application details and requirements.
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, system specifications, API documentation, and process workflows.
- Translate complex software concepts and code into easy-to-understand text, diagrams, and charts.
- Ensure technical documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve documentation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with SAAS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and explain complex software concepts and code.
- Proficiency in using technical writing tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and documentation management systems.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- 1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.
