For one of our main IT customers based in Barcelona, we are looking for a Marketing & Content Specialist, proactive and passionate about new technologies to support the New Product Introduction (NPI).

The work language will be English.


General Data:
Hours: 09:00h. - 18:00h. (40 hours)

Barcelona (hybrid)

Start Date:
ImmediateSalary range: 27K - 30KRequirements:Marketing/Digital Marketing background.
Experience in content creation.
Analytical profile (Excel advanced, and other tools such as Tableau, PowerBI... are valuable).Strong organisational, multitasking and multidisciplinary skills.

Previous experience in multinational companies (if they are used to working as external staff, desirable).At least 5 years' experience in similar roles.

Tasks:
Marketing Content, CRM Management, and NPI Planning Support Service.
Assisting CRM Team in development of Quarterly and Annual Strategy Planning.

Develop a robust Test & Learn strategy to gain vital customer insight that enables the channel to continually develop and evolve.

Ensure all campaigns fit Commercial Objectives.
Working with creative agencies to create content for various communication nurture flows that drive business outcomes.
Identify and implement new innovations to communicate to the channel.
Defining reporting metrics and standards with CRM operations team.

Develop NPI planning process framework and automation tools and actively monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of all product campaigns.
