- Contribuir a la organización de la campaña de ventas de principio a fin.
- Desarrollo de la Gestión de Cuentas Clave.
- Apertura de nuevos mercados: EE.UU., Europa, Oriente Medio y Asia.
- Dar soporte en presupuestos, nuevas cuentas y objetivos.
- Representar los intereses del cliente dentro de la empresa (entrega de pedidos, marketing, necesidades de diseño de colecciones, etc.).
- Desarrollar una relación de confianza y positiva con los compradores.
- Relación con las agencias de distribución.
- Negociación previa al mercado y búsqueda de nuevos clientes.
- Realizar el seguimiento de los plazos de producción y advertir/comunicar a los clientes los posibles retrasos.
- Análisis posterior al mercado y elaboración de informes.
- Atender las quejas y peticiones de los clientes de forma asertiva.
- Tareas administrativas y de seguimiento.
- Experiencia como mayorista en el sector de la moda.
- Conocimiento avanzado de las herramientas de Office (Excel, Drive, etc).
- Actitud social, proactiva y empática.
- Capacidad de priorización.
- Familiarizado con herramientas de pedidos B2B (Joor, NuOrder, etc)
