    Position Overview

    Digital Sales Representatives focus on understanding our customers' goals through inbound and outbound interactions to sell our solutions digitally. We work with clients of all levels, in multiple industries, across a certain geographical market. We own the full sales cycle for our digital customer base whilst nurturing long-lasting relationships between our customers and Autodesk.

    Responsibilities

  • You will manage your own customer portfolio and work with existing and new customers.
  • You will create relationships with customers to identify business opportunities, managing business directly with customers from inbound and outbound engagement with the help of Marketing Generated Leads
  • You will create additional revenue opportunities by identifying opportunities to upsell or applying incremental programs/promos initiated by sales management
  • You will identify and prospect customers with new business potential and will discover their current pain in order to position our value added solutions
  • You will create all leads and opportunities using Salesforce, practicing great pipeline and lead management
  • You will manage outbound calls, inbound calls, processing orders, advancing opportunities, training, administration and career development
  • You will qualify and map important partners, business processes and technical requirements on deals
  • You will transition qualified opportunities for upselling to the appropriate sales representative or partner if necessary
  • You will represent us, navigating our resources to accommodate needs of customers
  • Minimum Qualifications

    Experience with customer facing roles, and a passion for learning

  • Fluent English & native Dutch speaker
  • Customer engagement experience
  • Familiarity with sales processes and selling methodologies
  • Ability to cooperate with other teams, and not afraid to adapt
  • Ability to own a complete sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the software or SaaS environment, interacting with clients of all levels, is a plus
  • Any other European language
  • Experience closing business directly using appropriate tools/systems is a plus
