The People Analytics and Insights Analyst will be a key player in building and shaping the People Analytics function within the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to have a significant impact on the company's success by leveraging data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize the people-related processes within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and shape the People Analytics function by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data related to the workforce and human resources.
  • Lead the preparation and monitoring of the workforce strategy and planning by analyzing data and providing insights on workforce trends, skills gaps and forecasting future workforce needs.
  • Work closely with HR and other teams to understand data and provide insights.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate findings.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify key trends and insights from large sets of data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fastpaced startup environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and programming languages such as SQL is a plus
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, engineering or computer science is a plus.
  • Experience in the field of people analytics or human resources is a plus.
