The People Analytics and Insights Analyst will be a key player in building and shaping the People Analytics function within the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and strategic thinker to have a significant impact on the company's success by leveraging data and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize the people-related processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Build and shape the People Analytics function by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data related to the workforce and human resources.
Lead the preparation and monitoring of the workforce strategy and planning by analyzing data and providing insights on workforce trends, skills gaps and forecasting future workforce needs.
Work closely with HR and other teams to understand data and provide insights.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate findings.
Continuously monitor and evaluate data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify key trends and insights from large sets of data.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fastpaced startup environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and programming languages such as SQL is a plus
Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, engineering or computer science is a plus.
Experience in the field of people analytics or human resources is a plus.
