What are we looking for?
About you

Position Requirements_
The position suits an experienced professional from a toptier energy company or financial services institution. Prior exposure to these technologies is preferred.
3+ years of Project Finance experience in an Infrastructure financing specialist bank. Experience in advisory boutiques and investment banks will also be considered.
Ideally having been actively involved in winning and executing large scale advisory mandates and/or lead arranging and bookrunning positions.
Broad and sophisticated knowledge in financial modelling and project finance techniques reflecting a thorough understanding of different accounting standards. Ability to translate ideas into financial structures and guide junior colleagues in this regard.
Business School/University degree in economics or business administration or law, ideally combined with international working experience.
Excellent analytical and project management skills in order to solve complex technical situations and be able to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders.

About the job

Responsibilities_

The successful principal will have principal responsibilities comprising the following:

Provide support to senior team members in the execution of transactions and building materials for marketing and origination purposes.
Actively contributing to the execution of project finance mandates.
Taking on and handling projects: debt structures, project due diligence, financial documentation and supervisory of/ leading modelling supervisory and credit process.
Coordination with external parties, e.g. auditors, legal and tax advisors.
Negotiation with tender authorities, international clients and financing institutions.
Structuring advice for privatetoprivate transactions to optimise financing structures for clients while maintaining bankability and acceptable credit risk for the bank.
Assisting clients in negotiations with potential debt and equity providers.
