Job summary
The Talent Acquisition & Internal Development Manager will lead the Talent Acquisition and People Development agenda for Southern Europe and Morocco.This role drives attraction, development, compliance, and data-driven decision-making ensuring alignment with business needs labor regulations and upcoming pay transparency requirements.
The candidate will define lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy quality efficiency employer branding impact design deploy talent management learning programs global junior programs leadership DE&I initiatives drive internal mobility succession planning capability building in collaboration with HRBPs business leaders manage optimize recruitment learning vendors cost efficiency quality delivery act senior HR reference labor matters related talent development collective agreements employment conditions Social Security basics payroll interfaces working time ensure compliance local labor legislation internal policies health safety requirements impacting people programs develop monitor talent people KPIs time hire quality hire internal mobility learning impact engagement collaborate Compensation Benefits teams job architecture benchmarking pay analysis support implementation pay transparency equal pay regulations data accuracy alignment talent processes contribute definition annual HR Strategy long-term people roadmap act brand ambassador external talent events forums employer branding activities collaborate closely HRBPs Corporate European HR OPEX Recruitment Center Excellence ensure alignment best practice sharing support change transformation projects strong people capability focus direct report Southern Europe HR Director strong collaboration cross-functional stakeholders
