What you will do:

Managing employee full life cycle from entry (excluding Recruiting) to exit by completing the administrative processes
Point of contact for international employees, Line managers and HR colleagues across Axpo entities worldwide mainly in Europe, Singapore and US on HR administration and reports topics (queries from HR systems, regular HR reporting, etc.)
Managing the full Business Trips process for international employees to Switzerland
Maintenance of the HR systems including external employees' registration
Participating in different national and international HR Projects for instance salary review process, HR/IT System implementation, HR processes optimization, development, and implementation of new HR initiative, etc.
Working with external providers on HR administration topics for the different countries

What you bring & who you are:

Ideally basic commercial education and continuing education in HR (Bachelor/Master or advanced studies in HR)
Experience in managing HR administration tasks in an international environment and/or multinational company
Ability to work with diverse cultures and in an international, dynamic environment
Good skills in MS Office, SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
Business fluent in English, any other language is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Independent working method and willingness to learn
Open for changes and improvements at any time
Ability to prioritize, anticipate and meet deadlines with strong attention to details
