Job Description

As an Avanade Scheduler you will cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners. Manage Resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise.

You will work with various parties within Avanade to accomplish this, these include:
Consultants, Sales, Practices Leads, Schedulers from other regions, Regional Resource Lead, Director of Operations.

What you will do:

• Align consultant expertise with project requirements, considering career aspirations
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfil resource needs
• Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
• Contribute to the enhancement of scheduling systems and processes
• Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development
• Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building
• Coordinate cross-regional assignments and track consultant certifications

Skills and experiences

• Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite
• Goal-driven with a sense of urgency and ownership
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Independent, decisive, and works well under pressure
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in Project Management, Consulting, Recruiting, or HR
