Job description

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a Database Administrator in Barcelona (Remote friendly).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support b2c organizations and ensure a positive customer experience.
Utilize tools like Jira and Kibana to track and manage tasks and projects effectively.
Optimize performance and manage Oracle databases.
Resolve performance issues in ERP-related websites.
Streamline workflows using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Maintain clear documentation and reporting of tasks and activities.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

More than 8 years in IT.
Expertise as an L3 support specialist.
Familiarity with business management and administration.
Experience with Oracle databases and cloud platforms.
English fluent.
