We are seeking a responsible HR Generalist to join our IGG Barcelona, ES team.

The position will be able to work closely with senior management, finance, and legal teams within the IGG global group.

This full-time position is a part of the IGG ES division.


Job Duties

1. Recruiting

  • Provide onboarding training to new hires by educating them on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations. Assign regular routine training moving forward.

2. Training

  • Responsible for organizing and formulating the annual training plan and budget of TR company
  • Implement the training plan and evaluate the effect of the training
  • Construct the employee talent echelon

3. Employee management

  • Maintain employee records, including, compensation, benefits, attendance,, tax, etc.
  • Employee benefit management including transportation, meal subsidies, training program, holiday or birthday gifts, team building, etc.
  • Evaluate employee performance and manage raise/bonus accordingly.
  • Manage employee policies, complaints, etc.
  • Conduct 360 performance interviews and talent inventory work

4. Payroll

  • Monthly payroll preparation and submission.
  • Tax reporting

5. Admin

  • Administrative procurement
  • Fixed asset ledger and asset management
  • Maintenance of government relations
  • Maintain the office environment

6. Others

  • Actively communicate with the headquarters and various departments, assist in the management and coordination of the affairs of various departments
  • Participate in major decisionmaking issues of the TR company, put forward opinions and suggestions from HR side.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in HR field.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a MUST Chinese will be a PLUS
  • Experience working in international companies is also a plus.

Work in a hybrid way. Working in the office requires safe social distancing. Daily health status registration of staff. Office disinfection.
