Global RDU IT Solution and Services area to learn and grow through active collaboration with our team.

Training through practical experience:

User Cleaning Process:

Support the review and adjustment of user permissions, learning about compliance and documentation under guidance.

Website Quality Assurance:

Assist in prelaunch QA of websites and document any issues, gaining practical experience in adherence to digital standards.

Metrics Extraction:

Help extract and report on digital performance metrics, learning to interpret data for business insights.

Data Quality Assurance:

Participate in data accuracy checks and learn corrective measures, understanding the importance of data integrity.

User Access Management:

Support the oversight of user access, learning about digital security and compliance with company policies.

Presentation Data Updates:

Assist with updating and creating presentations, focusing on data accuracy and clear communication of information.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
Advanced level of English.
Basic understanding of website development processes and quality assurance principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
