***Become part of our Accounting team and support our finance team in their daily work routine, preparation of the monthly closing, including the financial statements, identify major deviations from the Budget, detect areas for improvement and savings and assist in the preparation of the Group Forecast.

Your role highlights - your responsibilities

You will use our system to make all the postings to reflect all the economical transactions of the managed companies, including invoicing.
You will coordinate the accounting of some subsidiaries in other countries carried out by external advisors.
You will be responsible for following the tax requirements of the different countries (on a tax compliance level).
You will be in contact with external auditors as well as tax advisors. Collaboration in the audit process and the limiter reviews for some subsidiaries, including the preparation of the Annual Financial Statements and the Audit Reporting Package.
You will coordinate the overhead cost budgeting process in close cooperation with the heads of the different departments and the country managers of the subsidiaries managed.
You will monitor major deviations of actual expenses in relation with budget process and preparation of the forecast figures for the subsidiaries managed.
You will work in parallel with controlling area to provide all the requirements needed from an accounting point of view.

Degree or Master studies in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or similar.
At least 2 years' experience in a Big4 or experience for 5 years in similar job positions.
You are fluent in Spanish and English. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset
SAP user level knowledge (Knowledge in Microsoft AX will be a plus).
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus.
High team spirit and communication skills. Innovation and critical attitude to evaluate current processes.
