About the role:


As our Talent and People Partner at Siena AI, you will partner strategically with leadership to guide, shape and nurture our organisation's culture.


Take full ownership of our people strategy, spanning talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and building people processes as we move into the next stage of high growth.


What you'll be doing:

Performance Management: Establish the performance management framework that empowers Siena's team to excel. Collaborate with managers to set clear performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and facilitate regular performance reviews.

Culture and team environment: Lead with empathy to cultivate a vibrant culture spanning 3 continents. Guide people policies, foster open feedback, and promote inclusive communication, nurturing a high-performance environment.

Total Rewards: Lead the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures. market insights to recommend attractive salary bands, incentive systems, and benefits packages that attract and retain top-tier talent.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide actionable insights to optimise processes and enhance the employee experience.
