    Marketing Manager Italy @ Barcelona Based - M/F/D - Permanent Contract

    Partoo is a growing B2B SaaS company focused on helping local businesses, large companies, and SMEs enhance their customer relationships. They offer various solutions under the umbrella of 3 core values: Get Found, Get Chosen, and Get Clients.

    The company has developed multiple products that cater to evolving customer journeys:

    • Presence: Sync store info on top platforms like Google, Facebook, and Waze.
    • Store Locator: Assist customers in finding the right store using real-time local data.
    • Social Media: Manage posts on various social platforms.
    • Review: Centralize customer reviews from Google and Facebook.
    • Booster: Collect more positive Google reviews via SMS and QR codes.
    • Messages: Handle chat messages from Google Business Messages, Messenger, and soon Instagram, WhatsApp.

    Partoo boasts impressive stats such as a 'Happy at Work' label and a top Glassdoor rating in the French tech sector. With over 420 employees from 37 nationalities and a global presence, they engage with 300,000+ points of sale and collaborate with 1000+ chains and 4000+ SMEs across 150 countries.

    The Italian market, initiated in 2018, has flourished with 18 staff members across sales, service, and marketing departments. Today, they serve over 50 active clients and have strong sectoral diversity. Now, a new marketing role is needed to cater specifically to the Italian market.

    Missions of the Inbound-Growth Marketing Role

    • Lead Generation:
      • Develop and manage lead gen campaigns, organic and paid.
      • Oversee SEM campaign budgets.
      • Generate detailed campaign reports with strategic KPIs.
    • Content & Communication:
      • Produce or translate blog, article, and eBook content.
      • Send newsletters to prospects and customer databases.
      • Manage social media pages and monitor KPIs.
    • Business:
      • Collaborate on marketing initiatives with partner companies.
      • Assist in event and webinar organization.
      • Embrace new projects and ideas to boost marketing performance.

    Ideal candidate requirements: 2-3 years of marketing experience, native Italian proficiency with strong English skills, bonus for Spanish and French, expertise in SEO, marketing automation, and SEA tools, creative content creation, prior experience in SaaS or agency, alignment with company values.

    Selection process includes a video call with Giulia, Talent Acquisition (45 mins), and Alessandro, International Head of Marketing (1 hour).
