As an Iberia Field Application Specialist, you support bioMérieux systems and reagents across pre-installation, installation, qualification, validation, and on-site training.

You ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up of installed bases and contribute to revenue by promoting value-added services. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class service and training, while upholding quality, legal, and ethical standards.

This role offers a chance to impact pharmaceutical quality control in a multinational, human-centered environment with travel across the Iberian Peninsula and beyond.

• Coordinate technical support for bioMérieux systems and reagents across installation, configuration, validation, and on-site training
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to customers to meet KPIs
• Promote value-added products and services to strengthen customer relationships and loyalty
• Identify training needs, develop documentation, and implement training plans
• Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and company policies

Responsabilidades

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical microbiology or microbiology xugodme contract laboratories with GMP knowledge
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical QC methods and automated solutions (plus)
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (plus)
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; fluency in English; Portuguese a plus
• Customer-focused, team-oriented, able to manage issues efficiently
• Software skills; willingness to travel ~40%
