We are looking for self-driven Assistant for Shaft Line Solutions. position located in Porriño, Spain.


What you will be doing?
In this role, you will work together with the Management Team and organisation.

You will support the Director and the entire management team members by organising management teams meetings, actively providing support and assistance in daily administrative task.

You will also collect, consolidate, and share department
- wide information as needed. During a typical week, you will discuss and agree upon weekly specific tasks jointly with department directors and line managers.

As assistance, your work will be focus on these responsibilities and accountabilities.

  • Coordinating of team meetings, team events and workshops including but not limited to scheduling, catering booking, managing participants attendance, facilitation during the events.
  • Booking travel arrangements including but not limited to flight, accommodations, transportation and travel insurance according to Wartsila travel policy, submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Supporting with customers/partner visits which included organizing and coordinating programme for the visits.
  • Supporting teams and newcomers join our team which include ordering new and replacement IT equipment.
  • Webuy Indirect & direct department purchases
  • Provide general administrative support to organisation.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience with a similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English is a big plus.
  • Genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Selfmotivated, highly organized and detail orientated, keepings others organised as well.
  • Expert level in MS Office, Power point and other office software ́s
