Job description:

We are helping Smilegate look for a Producer to help shape their teams existing standard of excellence.

You will work with both the creative and engineering groups on what they aim to be a huge new AAA open world IP.

You will be part of the day-to-day running of the dev teams and ensuring they are working efficiently, whilst collaborating with developers on a daily basis to ensure the project is on track.

Your responsibilities

Be the push for progress within agreed tolerance and propose plans in tandem with the developers on how to resolve challenges
Work with senior managers in the department, brand, and other team members to maximise game quality within time and cost constraints
Promote the game everywhere by giving demos and presentations
Present progress of titles at major review meetings taking full accountability for product status
