Main Responsibilities:
Onboard new customersParticipate in sessions to discuss customer requirements or issuesShare estimates and planning of the work with customerAdapts and parametrizes the technical solution for the requirements providedImplement new solutionsPerforms unit testSupports the client on the functioning of the solutionWorks on multiple projects simultaneouslyEnsures proper deployment of the solution (Development, Test and Production)Maintain up-to-date documentation of the solutionCollaborate with other Alight teams to deliver customer related activitiesCustomer Micro-management activities (Priorities, Release, CR's, Meetings...)Identify risks or potential issues for your customer and inform the right people (PM, ITCAM & TL)Communicate with your Team Lead (Issues, Escalations, Risks, Informational...)
Web development:
HTML5: Used to design the look & feel of the portal and include the SAPUI5 developed libraries.
SAPUI5:
Javascript Framework developed by SAP to ease the communication with SAP backend.
WebIDE:
SAP online tool used to develop
SCP:
Sap cloud platform, here is where we access tools such as WebIDE and perform the initial setup of project, for instance creating a Destination to the backend SAP system to allow our web code to reach the sap system
Eclipse:
Third party program used to develop both WEB applications and ABAP applications, not in use but some legacy customers request us to develop using it
Backend developmentABAP:
language used to develop software in SAP backendGateway builder: tool used to developfioriodata servicesLaunchpad development and deployObject Oriented programming: All odata services are created using OO programming methodology
Mandatory:
Information Technology Bachelor's degree or Telecom
degreeEnglish level:
