    Job Description

    The Northern Cluster e- Key Account Manager will lead in eJBP (e-commerce Joint Business plan) to ensure the increase and growth of e-commerce activities within the organization. Will develop, sell, and evaluate with the customer the e-Joint Business Plans to deliver sales critical metrics and online presence metrics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement Key Account & Client Management plans and processes to retain and strengthen client relationships.
    • Implement and execute high-quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients
    • Implement and execute Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
    • Lead client assortment strategy to ensure correct portfolio coverage and maximise category coverage in the relevant clients. Additionally, you would be responsible for making sure that the content, images etc are updated across all PDPs.
    • Design and execute demand creation campaigns (retail media activations, live commerce etc) for your categories and customer.
    • Run daily operations as forecasting, customer reports, updates on trade and competition, budgets management etc.)
    • Trade planning, working on the NPD launches, promotional strategy etc.
    • Effectively manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) as well as marketing and commercial budgets.
    • Building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external partners
    Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
    • 3+ years of work experience in a KAM role within Dermo-cosmetics, beauty or FMCG.
    • Previous experience with ePharmacies, beauty players and Amazon preferred.
    • Sales experience in offering developing KA strategy on portfolio, promotion and/or pricing.
    • Analytical Skills
    • Proficiency in English with a focus on business communication as part of a European team + 1 minimum additional language required (Italian or French)
