What are your key accountabilities? Supervise day-to-day operations with the customer service department and with the local team leaders.
Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to make sure we are meeting expectations.
Implement an effective customer experience program.
Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports.
Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methodologies.

What you need to succeed A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position
Skills to lead projects and teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced excel and Power Point) and customer service software.
Great level in both spoken and written English
Willingness to travel through Spain and Portugal visiting the different teams.
