    Descripción del rol:

    *About the role.
    Reporting to the Head of Investment and Strategy Analysis in Ferrovial Construction. We are looking for an Investment and Strategy Analysis Associate, whose main functions will be to analyze new investment and divestment opportunities, preparation of the Strategy of the Division, analysis of the competitors and markets and present recommendations to the CFO and CEO of the Division.Key Responsibilities.
    Detailed analysis of investment and divestment proposals, participating in the analysis and financial due diligence within the opportunities for the Division. Preparation of impairment tests and financial models. Collaboration in the preparation of the Division Strategy. Analysis of the strategic countries, sectors and competitors. Analysis of the financial solvency of potential partners and clients.Qualifications.
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a high motivation for financial analysis. MBA, a similar graduate degree or CFA will be highly valued. Fluent in English and Spanish. 5+ years of experience in roles as economic-financial analyst or investment analyst Experience in working with financial models in Excel, being able to define/review investment scenarios and specific sensitivities to quantify the main risks and opportunities. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in construction and infrastructure investment will be valued.Seize the challenge. Move the world together
