You will collaborate closely with our amazing distributed teams, assisting in identifying and recruiting new affiliates, optimizing affiliate campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Tasks

What you'll be doing:

• Assist the team in developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies;
• Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners;
• Help monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns;
• Help manage relationships with the affiliate partners;
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement in affiliate marketing efforts.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Fluent French and English (must have);
• B2 German level and Spanish (nice to have);
• Working towards a university degree in business administration and/or finance;
• Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies (nice to have);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting;Keen to learn and to develop skills further.
