    Job Description:

    As Social Media & PR Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of our social media strategy and content creation, ensuring it aligns with our marketing plan and business objectives. Increasing our presence across various social media channels, nurturing our continued connections with our diverse community of sports enthusiasts. If you ́re passionate about using social media to inspire, inform, engage, and thrive in a multi-project environment, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of Club La Santa ́s digital presence.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • In collaboration with our content creator, create, curate, and manage high-quality and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Regularly monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust tactics accordingly.
    • Together with our Communications Specialist, manage and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media.
    • Plan and implement the social media calendar across CLS and race channels.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry thought leaders to amplify brand reach and impact.
    • Stay up to date with current social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and relevance.
    • Attend several monthly marketing meetings to share content plans and ideas.
    • Ensure specific content requests from other Club La Santa offices in Denmark and the UK are actioned here in Lanzarote.
    • Pay a key role in the organisation of press activities for events and races.

    About You (Essential Knowledge):

    • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
    • Strong creative and organizational skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills both within the company and external collaborators
    • Experience monitoring and analysing social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise our social media strategy.
    • Confident in managing social media interactions to maintain positive relationships with our audience.
    • Enthusiastic, with a passion for learning and developing from continuous feedback.
    • Flexible, agile and adaptable
    • Previous experience working with social media and content management systems.
