    About the Role

    As a Personal Assistant to the Executive Office, you will play a vital part in our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the General Manager, your primary focus will be on managing the flow of information to ensure that the leadership team remains informed and prepared to achieve outstanding results.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage the Executive Committee's diary to coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Answer phone calls, screen them, and transfer them to the relevant team members as needed.
    • Coordinate communication with various departments and staff levels on matters directed by the General Manager.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as mail, photocopying, and office supplies management.
    • Prepare and manage correspondences for the General Manager's signature.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, memorandums, reports, forms, and other documents.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Executive Office.
    • Respond to guest correspondence on behalf of the Executive Office Team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
    • Multitasking ability, work in a fast-paced environment, and high-level attention to detail.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English.
    • Prior experience in hospitality is highly valuable.
    • Ability to prioritize guest needs, remain calm, and courteous under pressure.
    • Taking ownership of important issues, solving problems, and making effective decisions.
    • Able to quickly adapt to our unique culture.
    • Humble and open to new ideas.
