I am the CEO of a marketing agency established in 2018, having invested over £20 million in paid advertisements. Currently, I am organizing a summer marketing internship opportunity that I wish had been available when I was a student.

At Use Growth, we specialize in Facebook advertising for the home improvement sector, delivering over £100 million in revenue to our clients through our exceptionally innovative ads.

Having commenced operations in 2018, we have now grown our team to include Barcelona and are in search of 2 summer interns keen on gaining valuable hands-on experience within a performance-oriented marketing agency.

• Support in creating social media content
• Aid current account managers in day-to-day client activities
• General office support and administrative tasks
• Participation in some administrative and secretarial duties

• Currently residing in Barcelona or able to commute to our Saint Antoni office
• Enrolled in a degree program
• Proficiency in social media posting and graphic design tools
• Demonstrates high responsibility and takes ownership of assigned tasks

• Monthly stipend ranging from €400 to €800 based on hours worked
• Mentoring and opportunities for professional growth
• Flexibility in working hours (maximum 3 days per week)
• Potential for full-time employment post-internship

Proficiency in English is crucial for this role as the majority of communication will be in English. Ideally, candidates are based in Barcelona.

Given the short-term nature of this internship (maximum 3 months), the compensation ranges from € to a maximum of 3 workdays per week, providing flexibility in this role.
