THE JOURNEY

  • Implement new procedures for local markets, with a primary focus on standardization and optimization, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Play a pivotal role in regional management control, which involves defining procedures, designing finance processes, and overseeing their successful implementation and execution.
  • Take an active role in monthly financial analysis at the regional level, comparing financial performance to the business plan and identifying deviations. This includes collaborating with the finance team to provide insights, recommendations, and datadriven insights to support decisionmaking and improve financial outcomes.
  • Play a pivotal role in the budgeting process supporting local finance teams
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions, and reducing manual workload.
  • Provide prompt attention to inquiries and claims from both internal and external clients, ensuring a high level of service quality.
  • Foster collaboration with crossfunctional teams, including operations, procurement, and commercial departments, to ensure the successful execution of various projects while maintaining profitability.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 4+ years of proven experience in Finance, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills, with the ability to conduct indepth analyses, identify root causes, and develop practical improvement solutions, effectively communicating these solutions to stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills, allowing you to summarize complex plans and strategies and effectively convey them to Management and Key Stakeholders.
  • A relentless commitment to continuous improvement, always seeking opportunities to enhance processes, deliver value, and reduce reliance on manual tasks.
  • G Suite expert (Sheets, Presentations)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Navision and SAP systems is a significant advantage
  • A collaborative mindset, eager to work closely with colleagues, learn from one another, and contribute to a supportive environment that facilitates growth, development, and collective impact.
