    In this pivotal role, you will work with the Strategy team leadership to identify improvement opportunities in existing businesses or assess new business opportunities. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting overall Omni-channel and Receiver product strategy and development by identifying and executing on product opportunities to allow our 50M+ receivers to track transfers, find locations, request money transfers, redirect payments to accounts, wallets, cash, and more.

    Role Responsibilities

  • Work with Strategy team leadership to identify improvement opportunities in existing businesses or assess new business opportunities.
  • Support Strategy team leadership in assessing and driving improvements in current business strategies, go-to-market approaches and operational tactics.
  • Assess market, consumer, and competitive research and analyses (working with research teams) to create a foundation of insights to define the go-to-market strategy for new service offerings.
  • Work with Strategy team leadership to develop metric-driven business cases to quantify the investment and potential opportunity of new strategic initiatives and service offerings.
  • Build strategic rationale to justify and socialize new opportunities. Define product requirements and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring products to market.
  • Champion lean and agile process to promote and instill validated build-test-learn development. Develop, test and define customer requirements for the technology build team and continue to build into product post-launch.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks, leveraging a broad range of skills and capabilities.
  • Seek feedback from our customer base for the purpose of influencing the features and functionality of our products.
  • Role Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic planning, product development, management consulting or similar analyst roles, although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative function (e.g. Business, Economics, or Math). An MBA is highly preferred.
  • An understanding of data, metrics, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience within a strategy consulting or financial Services industry experience a plus.
  • Have a curious and creative individual able to understand the complexities of the company's products and markets quickly.
  • Highly effective in synthesizing and analyzing disparate data sources and pieces of information.
  • The ability to analyze disparate and complex sets of data and information.
  • The skills to assess the reliability of findings, maintaining high standards for accuracy, relevance, and quality in deliverables/
