We are currently looking to hire a Supply Chaing Account Manager for our Logistics division based in Madrid.


Main functions:

  • Managing the relationship with the key stakeholders in the customer organisation and planning the longerterm growth of the account.
  • Develop and implement a robust supply chain
  • Be involved in and support the training and develop operational staff to manage the accounts
  • P&L Ownership: Ensure all aspects of budget, credit control, invoicing, P&L, Tariffs etc are completed correctly and without delay
  • Provide quotation and landed cost models for shipments as required
  • Provide monthly KPI management reports internally and externally
  • Account Management: effectively manage the account to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of agreed service levels
  • Identify and implement new business streams within the account profitably and effectively
  • Minimise the threat of the accounts going to RFQ by effective account management
  • Account growth & development of relationship to rationalise service options
  • Maintain and develop the SOP and Processes to improve account efficiencies
  • Create and implement an account development/value creation plan, measure & monitor deliverables
  • Support ISC business development through supply chain analysis and PVPO
  • Develop close customer relationships, and work to identify existing supply chain issues and develop possible solutions along the entire supply chain from raw material to end consumer sale
  • Be commercially aware and willing to broaden commercial knowledge
  • Look for opportunities for organic growth within the partner organisations
  • Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organisation
  • Supported by Operational resource, management, finance & HR

Requisitos:


  • At least 5 years' experience on a logistics / supply chain department on a retailer /logistics company is essential
  • Demonstrable experience of development and/or Account Development in a logistics environments is a plus
  • Team/People management experience the ability to work within a team on multiple projects
  • First language: Spanish
  • Full professional proficiency: English
