- Together with your colleague, you are the first point of contact for IT-related matters. You report to the IT Operations manager, but in the Matrix structure also to the BU director of our entity in Pamplona.
- You will manage the ticket system.
- You work closely with colleagues from the IT department and the QA department.
- You work according to GxP guidelines.
- You have at least an MBO work and thinking level in a relevant field (IT).
- You speak and write both Spanish and English.
- You have a number of years of demonstrable experience with IT support.
- You have a service-oriented attitude.
- You are a team player but can also work well independently.
- You have good communication skills.
- You have experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and other Microsoft products.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
