    SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a Service Readiness Document Writer, based in our (Boadilla/Cantabria/Málaga) office.

    UK Tower is the Santander UK Nearshoring strategy vehicle in Santander Digital Services located in Spain, to provide technology workforce and services directly to Santander UK that will work together and for UK Technology teams.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    As a Service Readiness Document Writer, you will Operate and mantain a specific production system/platform. Schedules and executes critical tasks, providing technical support in critical incidents. Organizes relevant training sessions for internal platform users.

    We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

    • Create, build and maintain a Service Catalogue library for use by Operations, Change Management and Incident Management
    • Maintain existing knowledge stores such as the Service Schedules.
    • Maintain and improve knowledge management systems and process liaising with the Service Transition, Service Engagement, MIMS, Change Management, Operations, SPOC Helpdesk and CMDB teams.
    • Develop, update, maintain, and produce content for knowledge bases, FAQs, and web tools .
    • Assess data quality and create and apply data standards. Conduct statistical tests and create reports

    EXPERIENCE

    • At least 3 years of experience at the role.

    EDUCATION

    • University degree in technology, preferably in computer science.

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

    • Experience of cross-functional working and the ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach with regards to building key relationships across the Technology teams and the wider organisation/group.
    • Significant experience working in a Service role.
    • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies used to deliver services
    • Strong relationship and influencing skills; together with the ability to work closely with Technology teams
    • Strong governance and process adherence; with the ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
    • Must champion the use of CMDB, ITSM Toolsets and collaboration tools as appropriate
    • Certified in ITILv3 or above.

    OTHER INFORMATION

    • Occasional trips to the UK
    • English at least C1
