  • Position Summary


The mission of this position is to be responsible for planning, progressing, and delivering global projects which are designed to run and improve the HR function across the global and local organization.

This role is responsible for the project and change management of new HR initiatives within IBG.


This dual role work closely with Centers of Expertise, HR Shared Services and business facing HR teams to deliver core HR programs to the business and to ensure optimal support by building an adequate, professional, motivated team committed to the company's values and objectives.

This position will have a dual reporting structure, to International HR Delivery and local Senior HRBP.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acts as project and/or change manager for key HR initiatives, including developing project/change plans and strategies.
  • Partners with COEs to understand core programs, frameworks, strategies and process across the enterprise.
  • Delivers core HR programs, frameworks, strategies and processes across the enterprise in in partnership with Business-Facing HR and COEs
  • Acts as feedback loop between business and COEs to ensure understanding of business needs for program delivery and execution.
  • Performs HRrelated ad hoc projects, such as continuous improvement efforts and facilitating the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Ensures smooth implementation of HR initiatives and handover project activity to business.
  • Collaborates with Business-Facing HR and CoEs to ensure that change management initiatives are aligned with business needs.
  • To establish and carry out necessary actions (coordination, selection, separation, etc.) in the business areas by collaborating with the respective managers.
  • To align business strategies with human resources strategies and operations, monitoring commercial results jointly with the business areas, and analyzing their implications.

  • Perform and/or lead negotiations with social partners in the field of collective bargaining.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Psychology
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources (preferably in business partnership, HR service delivery or project management).
  • Certified Human Resources Professional and Prosci certification preferred will be favorable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a changing work environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnership with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy level
  • Analytical thinker with process improvement skills with ability to analyze continuous improvement opportunities across functions
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • verbal and written _*tutoring could be provided_
  • Multi language would be advantageous.
  • Travel will be required for the role holder, so flexibility is key
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and experience working with SmartSheets
