Vacancy:
Manufacturing Engineer.

Location:
Anywhere in Spain to be relocated to Arizona, US.

We are a leading Engineering company looking for an outstanding
Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving product quality and implementing cost-effective solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new manufacturing processes.
Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Identify areas for process improvement and develop innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations in manufacturing processes.
Manage and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve product quality.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures.
Train and mentor the production team on new processes and technologies.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement quality control measures.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

What will you need as a successful
Manufacturing Engineer?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive technologies, manufacturing processes, systems and equipment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Advanced English level.
Availability to relocate to Arizona, US.
