Your mission:


We are looking for a motivated entry level Human Resource Growth Manager specializing in human resource development and communication preferablywith sound knowledge in any of the following: offshore renewable energy, marine infrastructure projects, industrial project management.

As part of our company, you will take the specific role of HR Growth Manager, for our major human resource re-strategization.

This position focuses on assisting our human resource director directly as a team to deliver a first-of-a-kind human resource system for Wedge Global.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Human Resource Manager with little to no prior experience to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be exposed to various aspects of HR operations, providing you with a solid foundation to grow as a professional in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall assistance in the management, planning, and design of the human resource system operation
  • Organize, lead, and effectively make recommendations for the progress of the human resource department
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help facilitate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting in the completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Develop proactive planning to minimize the probability of failure and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and development.
  • Lead dialogue internal dialogue with the team and foster longlasting relationships.
  • HR Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and assist in analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, psychology, communications or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of applicable experience to human resources (does not need to be direct role experience)
  • Experience in the coordination of groups or teams
  • Proven experience with organization
  • Experience in creating strong relationships/contact with people/teams
  • Residence/ willingness to relocate to Islas de Gran Canaria/Las Palmas, Canary Islands
  • Fluent English (work will be done in both English and Spanish consistently)

Nice to have

  • High Communication and basic knowledge related to communication protocols Experience with additional software (ex: Excel, Microsoft, Personio, Slack etc)
  • Highlevel leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Maintain basic knowledge of current wave energy and offshore/renewable technology developments
