- Acting as the main Key User for the Industrial Information System Tools at the Trapaga Site
- Supporting the business in utilizing industrial system tools effectively
- Coordinating with key users and the business to develop specific local tools
- Ensuring the achievement of performance KPIs related to GSI
- Facilitating change management processes for the business
- Reporting on the progress of implementation of change requests
- Encouraging knowledge sharing within the Key User community
- Technical Education / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering / Computer Science
- SAP Certification (desirable)
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP-based ERP Key User in PP/MM modules
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft data analysis tools
- Experience in deployment processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
