About AIL Madrid/AIL Malaga

Over the last 12 years, AIL Madrid and AIL Malaga has welcomed 700+ school groups to the Spanish capital to experience the thrill of learning Spanish and living a cultural immersion in this magnificent city.

Since its inception, the school has experienced double-digit growth and now has two central offices in Madrid with 90 members of staff (both teaching and administrative employees).

We are a dynamic enterprise, with a young and ambitious management team and excellent product offering.

AIL Madrid also has a sister school in Malaga and Barcelona and future geographical expansion is envisaged for the coming years.

About the role

We are currently looking for a a person with lots of desire our Educational Study Tours Department, who:

• thrives on being part of an international environment

- is passionate about sales and customer care
- loves the educational language sector and more specifically, the Spanish language.

Hours and schedules

Full time - 40 hours per week

Schedule:
Monday-Friday.

8:30-17:30 (1-hour lunch break).

The selected person will be required to work up to 12 Saturdays a year and up to 3 bank holidays.

Welcome meeting with groups over the weekends.

Language requirements

Fluency in Polish, Spanish (at least high B2 level) and English. Other languages would be a plus, especially French or German.

• Commercial attitude with innovative ideas. Focus on cost management and revenue maximisation.

and learn quickly.

• Cultural adeptness and capacity to work with staff and clients of diverse ethnicities, cultures and languages.

Qualifications and experience required to undertake role

• Qualifications:
• Master ́s degree.
• International work and /or study experience.

Other:

• Available to travel internationally during a maximum of 12 weeks a year.
