The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy and education.

What We Are Looking for:

ISGlobal is seeking a Human Resources Junior Technician to join our team in the Development area.

This role focuses on facilitating and coordinating development and training programs, ensuring an environment conducive to the professional growth of our employees.

We are looking for someone with outstanding social skills and a clear orientation towards service, contributing to the strengthening of our internal talent.


This is an exciting time to join ISGlobal, where the team caring and policies for people are in the center of the HR strategic planning for coming years.

We need a passionate of HR development area, including selection, training and policies.

The successful postholder will work collaboratively with the HR development manager and in coordinate with a selection technician. A related educational background in HR and professional experience is essential.

Training and experience:


  • HR (relacions laborals) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. FP superior will be also evaluated.
  • Previous experience in training and development roles, preferably in the field of Human Resources will be a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with training tools and platforms, as well as current trends in organizational development will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:


Training (coordinate with HR manager and admin area):

  • Design and Implementation of

Training Programs:
Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with organizational goals and individual employee needs.

  • Support to design and diffusion of continuous internal training offer, including reminders and special calls.
  • Support to manage the registrations to each course
  • Contact with the trainers and Management of the specific invoices of the training in coordination with purchasing and accountability department
  • Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with leaders from different departments to identify specific training needs and design customized solutions.
  • Coordination of Training and

Development Events:
Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development events, ensuring an interactive and participatory environment.

  • Results Evaluation: Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback from participants and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Resource Management: Administer resources dedicated to training, including materials, technology, and external providers.
  • Culture of

Continuous Learning:
Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization, promoting access to educational resources and facilitating growth opportunities.


Selection (Auxiliary tasks coordinated with the selection technician):

  • Support to the filing of the information of selection processes according to "diffusion planning". Support to keep the KPI updated

Policies (in coordination with HR Manager):

  • Support in drawing the documents and presentations
