    We are looking for an enthusiastic Traffic Acquisition Manager to join us in Barcelona, Brussels, or Amsterdam area.     The data‑driven and strategic Traffic Acquisition Manager leads and optimizes our efforts in driving high‑quality traffic to our digital platforms.

    You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing multi‑channel acquisition campaigns to grow our user base, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

    Responsibilities


    Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels including SEA, PLAs, CSEs, social media ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

    Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost.

    Report regularly on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings.

    Analyze performance data (e.g., keywords, user behavior, backlinks, technical SEO) to continuously optimize website structure, content, and marketing campaigns.

    Plan, implement, and test online marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, creative optimization, and scaling strategies.

    Build and maintain senior‑level partnerships with country‑level stakeholders (e.g., GMs, International Marketing Managers).

    Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximize performance and meet KPIs.

    Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.

    Identify new growth opportunities through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and emerging platforms.

    Qualifications

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data.


    Solid expertise and hands‑on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing (including SEA, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, CSE, CSS, and Social Ads).

    Technical/methodological skills.


    Familiarity with additional tools is a plus – such as feed optimization platforms, call tracking solutions, programmatic advertising, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

    Fluent English speaker; proficiency in Dutch or French is an advantage.
