About the job:

Support and challenge commercial & marketing teams in order to take the right business decisions, aligned with the strategy & must win battles of the zone
Support and make some recommendations to Zone Director/sales & marketing local teams for tariffs (Price Increase) and drive profitability of countries (launch of new skus, adjustment of trade terms, review their route to market for more efficiency), Mix & portfolio management
Animate the "rolling forecast" process (Monthly performance review presented to the GM) and manage risks and opportunities by supporting and challenging the Zone Director
Pilot the financial closing (biannual & annual) by coordinating and booking accruals
Prepare communication & business analysis for the zone's team of each month Topline closing
Build and analyze the budget and financial forecasts with the zone
Follow the marketing costs (A&P) of the zone & ensure that investments are properly allocated with the zone strategy and according to the yearly marketing plans
Support the key projects needed to deliver the finance priorities (New process, new tool implementation, automatization & visualization projects)
Management & supervision of 1 junior business controller

About you

Would typically have a first experience in business controlling, topline controlling would be a must around 2 to 3 years.

Ideally within a strong multinational FMCG company (F&B, high-end/premium as a plus).

Competencies:

Extensive Finance principles (understanding of a P&L, Gross to Net Sales, accounting basics.)
Strong analytical skills
Business acumen
Budget planning and monitoring, capability of strategic commercial planning (Sales & Marketing)
Extensive knowledge of Excel & Essbase, power point
